Sardines are a powerhouse of nutrition - high in protein and the omaga 3 in them is good for gut health.
Buckwheat is a great alternative if you don’t do well on gluten, and is high in fibre.
The kefir shot takes minutes to make - delivers some probiotics, and the inulin prebiotic fibre helps the probiotics proliferate even more in the gut to spark better brain health and immunity.
The apricot - has vitamin A, some polyphenols for gut health, are currently in season and taste delicious!
Overall this breakfast probably had 30g protein, and 11g fibre (a third of the day’s target!).
