🦠🦠🦠🦠🦠BRUNSWICK EAST, DALSTON, London🦠🦠🦠🦠🦠

Eating out can be a chance to feed your gut bacteria lots of vegetables and plant matter that are faff to make or hard to come by at home. Also can inspire your cooking when you get back if feeling a bit bored with your routine.

This breakfast was packed with prebiotic fibre (eg the oats and grated apples, and fennel). The overnight oats contain fermented rice amazake, which contains enzymes to help with digestion.

If you’re ever in the area of east London do take you and your microbiome to this eatery - Brunswick East in Dalston. It’s in a hidden courtyard which gets morning sun this time of year.

Have any of you ever made amazake, or bought it? What are your thoughts?
