So helpful - I’ve just been asked to bring ‘healthy nibbles’ to an event and after a moment of panic I remembered this article and all is well! Have a happy holiday Jeanette.

I really like the idea of chicory as a carrier - and 'biome board' as a concept!

Oh brilliant! I do have a few nibbles up my sleeve for healthy eating but it's great to get some more. I always think it's a strange wrinkle in our culture that celebratory food happens to be so damaging. Maybe it's all about the mind altering effects? Alcohol, salt, sugar, fats. I love the way you've raised awareness of this and provided solutions at the same time. What an inspiring post.

I love these yummy appetiser boards. Definitely want to try and making some. I think it could be a fun ‘dinner’ sometimes while relaxing. Little fuss lots of fun. 🤩

Now this is so fun, so pretty and so alliterative! Who can ignore a biome board? But I have yet to receive my invitation to this delicious event ..... 😋

Wouldn’t that be good 🤣

😍brilliant! Biome boards! You are going to be so sad when you've eaten all of your pickles.

My recent research on mustard would suggest that homemade fermented mustard dollops would also be tasty on a biome board!
