A summer pause 🧘🏼
Plus, 11 great gut-health recipes
Dear Reader

I’ve been thinking about this for a while, and have decided to hit publishing pause for a month over the summer.
Lots of reasons, but highlights are:
Open rates go right down at this time of year. Maybe because nice weather means less screen time? Maybe we should embrace this?
The Gut Makeover is just one person. One resource. Me. Pressing pause gives a chance to step back and mull over new ideas for the next round of articles.
I’m doing some additional training over the next few weeks to incorporate in my nutritional therapy practice to meet new demand. Areas include, but not limited to, GLP-1s to working with ADHD in women.
Regarding subscription payments, I will pause billing for the month this newsletter isn’t being published. This means if you pay monthly, your billing should skip a month. If you are an annual or founding subscriber, you should see your next annual bill a month later than usual.
FYI not everything is on pause. I’ll be continuing to offer online 1-2-1 nutritional therapy from London.
I’ll leave you with 11 recipes to keep your gut biome supplied with fibre, polyphenols, probiotics and postbiotics (dead probiotics that still impart health benefits eg miso). Plus, keep your tastebuds entertained. I hope you and your gut enjoy them!
Sending ❤️ love from London and see you in a month, Jeannette
