I’m often asked what I think of off-the-shelf probiotics, but I rarely use them because you can get a richer variety of happy bugs from food or drink sources.
Remember that to nurture a healthy biome - to spark better brain, immune, and digestive health, richness of microbes from food helps!
Plus enjoyable imo.
So as we move into summer, I’m moving away from kraut for my probiotics, and onto getting them through my drinks.
