🄦 When eating 30 plants a week started becoming a popular health hack, people would ask me how on earth they were going to do this.

ā€œOttolenghiā€ - was my reply.

ā€œPlease don’t worry, you don’t have to spend three hours in the kitchen per recipe,ā€ I’d say.
