🥦 When eating 30 plants a week started becoming a popular health hack, people would ask me how on earth they were going to do this.
“Ottolenghi” - was my reply.
“Please don’t worry, you don’t have to spend three hours in the kitchen per recipe,” I’d say.
Ottolenghi dishes have become less time-consuming in recent years - the book called Simple is a good exmple of that.
“Plants” btw include herbs, spices, nuts, seeds, beans, pulses, tofu, fruit, vegetables etc.
