Make someone you love a jar of my Gut Makeover Granola. More than 10 plants in each serving, and delicious. That’s 10 of your goal of 30 plants a week to feed your microbiome in one serving! Leave out the barley if it’s for someone who’s gluten free, or use oats, or you could use another grain such as buckwheat.
With the 100ml maximum liquid hand luggage rule, this granola is a good option if you’re flying to family/friends for Christmas, and can’t take jam or anything runny.
It’s great lightly sprinkled on yogurt with a chopped fresh piece of fruit or some defrosted berries for dessert each day. It doesn’t have to be for breakfast even.
