I was going to write just about pumpkin seed oil this week because π pumpkins are in season where I am and I was thinking about them in relation to skin health.
But then I realised they arenβt the only good thing I recommend when Iβm asked about foods for beautiful skin.
So today Iβm sharing the ones I find most useful and why (when used regularly over several months), plus how they fit in with gut health.
